Square One Ceilings operates an SMS text messaging program for customers, general contractors, project partners, and job applicants who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive text messages from us.

Program description and message types

Messages you may receive from us include: project and job status updates, scheduling and site access coordination, crew arrival and delivery notifications, follow-up on quotes and estimates you have requested, responses to inquiries you have submitted, and hiring or interview coordination if you have applied for a position. These are conversational and customer-care messages related to work you have engaged us for or asked us about.

How you opt in

You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, by providing your mobile number and consent verbally or in writing to a Square One Ceilings representative, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is not required to receive a quote or to do business with us.

Message frequency varies and depends on your project activity and how you interact with us.

Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and your plan. Square One Ceilings does not charge for the messages themselves.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending you text messages. You may also opt out by calling us at (314) 610-7509 or emailing office@squareoneceilings.com. To resume messages after opting out, reply START or contact us again.

Supported carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside of our control. Text messaging may not be available on all carriers or devices.

Your mobile number and your SMS consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
